Hooker Furniture Manufacturing Company is going to contribute USD 50,000 to a principal campaign of the new college Institute which is a state-funded institute that creates the college schooling available to the community of all ages.

This contribution would help to support creation of the New College Institute’s first separate building that is under construction and planned for accomplishment by spring of the next year.

Hooker Furniture manufacturing Company’s chairman and CEO Mr. Paul Toms Jr. told, “Education is one of the key constituents of Hooker Furniture Manufacturing Company’s generous giving, and the New College Institute’s exclusive model to attach education with financial expansion is visionary,”

Mr. Paul also told “We outlook this New College Institute’s plan as being trans-formative for the public of Martins-ville and Henry region and our province, and this is a ordinary tie-in to the charitable efforts of Hooker Furniture Manufacturing Company.”

The New College Institutes Board Chairman, Mr. Kimble Reynolds expressed his thanks, telling, “Hooker Furniture Manufacturing Company is famous in this society for their charity, and this contribution is an instance of their promise to make a distinction in the lives of the public of this district.”

Actually this type of contribution is one kind of corporate social responsibilities (CSR). It should be a common culture to all USA furniture companies. We appreciate Hooker Furniture Manufacturing Companies for this great activity. We hope this type of activities will lasted longer.
