Q:1=Crosswater combo vs path 2? The difference is the rods. What are they?
Answer: From a spec standpoint both the Crosswater and Path rods are very similar. They are both forgiving moderate fast action rods with a very similar feel. The Path rods 6wt and under have etched wooden reel seats, while the larger sizes have anodized aluminum reel seats, and the Crosswater rods are all anodized aluminum reel seats. The biggest difference between the two is the warranty; the Crosswater has a 1-year manufacturer warranty, and the Path has a lifetime manufacturer warranty which you can read the details of from the manufacturer website.
